Job Description
We are looking for a Test Manager/Product Owner to join our team. As a Test Manager/Product Owner, you will be responsible for test management of functional and automated test cases, prioritization, planning, and steering of test activities in an agile setup, and professional leadership, coordination, and alignment of a cross-location test team.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or comparable qualification
- Experience in leading agile teams, ideally as Product Owner or Test Manager in the automotive sector
- Knowledge in the field of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet)
- Ideally experience with common automotive test, diagnosis, and reporting tools (e.g. iDEX, Teo, ENNA, Sys42, Azure DevOps, JIRA)
- ISTQB certification desirable
- Very good analytical and organizational skills
- Team skills and communication strength
- Sufficient German language skills (at least C2) and very good English language skills (at least C1)
