Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in field service, customer service, or scheduling/coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/coordination platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
