Job Description
Assists with the efficient operation of manufacturing facilities by procuring new automation and ensuring all automation is operational. Includes design, installation, and qualification of new automation, as well as troubleshooting.
Requirements
- BS or Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or 5 years’ on the job electrical experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automation, maintenance, design and construction
- General knowledge of machining, part design, CAD, Injection Molding and manufacturing operations
- Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Computer and advanced PLC programming experience with automated equipment
- Mechanical aptitude, account management skills and supervisory skills
