The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Technimark's computer systems, both hardware and software, to ensure optimal performance. This role involves coordinating with end-users and management to determine reporting and query needs, using reporting software to create and modify reports, and automating tasks and systems integrations where necessary.
Requirements
- Managing and maintaining Cisco network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Managing and maintaining Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), experience using other ERPs (Oracle, Dynamic, IQMS, SAP) and database structures (Oracle and SQL server).
- Four-year degree in an Information Technology field required OR Two-year degree in an Information Technology field with two years of practical experience in an Information Technology field required.
