Data Centre Engineer - Level 1

At Technimove, we're seeking multiple Level 1 and Level 2 Data Centre Engineers to support ongoing operations at our customers data centre. The role is hands-on and business-critical, ensuring the smooth installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of data centre infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience supporting datacentre infrastructure, including servers, network hardware, and storage systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues
• Working knowledge of Linux system administration
• Familiarity with networking protocols, topologies, and troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs)
• Understanding of datacentre cooling, power distribution, and resiliency best practices
• Experience working in large-scale cloud or datacentre environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
