Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with upstream sales experience to manage our Pressure Pumping, Drilling, & Completions Sales Accounts for the Odessa, TX region within our Surface West Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technical or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 4-5 years of work-related experience in the upstream oil & gas industry
- Excellent knowledge of product offering and services for Surface West
- Strong engineering/technical background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Persuasive communicator/presenter
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent commercial skills
- Patience to communicate complex ideas and new applications
