Manufacturing Engineer

Technique, Inc. is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, test, and improve mechanical components, systems, and equipment at our Jackson, Michigan facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 2-7 years of experience in mechanical or design engineering (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
• Experience with product design, equipment design, or tooling/fixture design
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with GD&T and engineering drawing standards
• Ability to perform basic stress, thermal, and motion analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
