Junior Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our team and take on key responsibilities in customer experience, quality of service, and feedback loop with internal teams. The position is based in Paris or Sophia Antipolis.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Customer Operations, Support, Customer Success, or a similar role
• First experience in a tech / data environment is a plus
• Fluent French, English, and German
