Field Service Team Leader

Technogym is looking for a hands-on and driven Team Leader for our team of Service Technicians in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will lead a team of technicians and work with them to deliver fast, quality and reliable service to our customers.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software
• Proven experience as a leader
• Experience in managing technical service teams
• Analytically strong, with a focus on root cause and structural improvements
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Comfortable with data and performance KPIs
