Manufacturing Technology Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Manufacturing Engineer Specialist with mechanical and automation competences to join our Process Engineering team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy). The role involves designing and implementing equipment for assembly process, defining specifications, and coordinating internal and external resources.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing and 3D Cad systems
• 3-5 years of previous experience in assembly, carpentry and machining process
• Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing
• Available for business trips to subsidiaries and suppliers
• English fluency (minimum level required B2 CEFR)
• Strong practical sense and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of ergonomics principles
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (in particular Excel)
