Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Japan, responsible for attracting and selecting the best people in the market, implementing business strategy, and building great Technogym culture.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Psychology, or a similar field
- 5-7 years' experience with the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably within multinational companies in R&D & Staff
- Knowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies, channels, and assessment tools and methodologies
- Expertise in using ATS and talent relationship management tools (SuccessFactors knowledge would be a plus)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and LinkedIn Advertise
- Business partnership approach & love of headhunting
- Strong teamwork and the ability to listen while influencing others
- Drive, tenacity, and a client-focused, results-oriented approach
- Fluency in English and Japanese, any other language is a plus
