Tender Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Tender Specialist to join our Customer Service Team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy). The role involves project management, editing and formatting of tender response documents, maintaining an online bid library, and reporting on tender win/loss rates and values.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Economics, Law or related fields
• 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within structured organizations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAP
• Proficiency in Italian and English (minimum level B2 CEFR)
• Availability for national business trips
• Ability to work in teams, to effectively communicate with colleagues, suppliers, clients
• Good relationship skills and ability to solve conflicts
