Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to join our client's growing team in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of software team leadership experience and 4+ years of hands-on software development experience with C#/.NET.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software team leadership/management experience
- 4+ years of previous hands-on software development experience working with C#/.NET
- Proven ability to manage software development engineers in Kanban environment(s)
- Excellent understanding of SDLC best practices with the ability to bring projects to completion on time and within budget
