At TechnologyAdvice, we're seeking a Client Success Coordinator to help our clients have a seamless, positive, and results-driven experience. As a Coordinator, you'll own a portfolio of accounts, collaborate with our sales, operations, and technology teams, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients
- Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce
- Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
- Lead client onboarding and present Campaign Reviews
- Collaborate across internal teams to refine processes and identify challenges
- Take ownership of account health and anticipate client needs
