You will perform a range of duties including reviewing and negotiating contract terms, preparing contracts and other legal agreements, researching current laws and regulations, and contributing to the company's compliance efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Law degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with contracts in a fast-paced, in-house environment
- Background in marketing, software, or lead generation is a plus
- Proven experience managing legal projects from conception to completion
- Excellent English communication skills (Slack, email, phone, and in-person)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on precision
- Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working US business hours
- Must have a working laptop/pc and internet, and back-up connection
