The Senior Partnership Advisor will develop, establish and manage partnerships with the private sector and public to create new services or strengthen existing ones to improve support services for Beninese entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Identify, plan and implement partnerships to co-create solutions related to access to skills, access to market, access to financing and access to information for Beninese entrepreneurs.
• Seek out strategic partners and design and implement interventions aligned with the MSD approaches and principles.
• Identify major problems in the entrepreneurial ecosystem to which innovative systemic solutions can be applied.
• Engage key market actors in the design and implementation of strategic interventions to overcome the bottlenecks identified.
• Conduct ongoing sectoral analyses and provide data and information for the design of new intervention activities and implementation of interventions.
• Identify and design operational and durable strategic interventions with ecosystem partners.
• Organize discussions and working sessions with partners to identify commercial needs and develop solutions.
• Represent the project at networking and relations meetings with private and public stakeholders.
• Manage workflow within program interventions - ensuring activities are carried out.
• Support the management (and collaborating with) external consultants and subcontractors.
