Job Description
The function of intern (m/f) administrator is to work in close collaboration with all (m/f) employees, providing them with administrative and procurement support for the Oholo program.
Requirements
- Receive, forward and monitor processes sent to the finance department for payment and update senders on the status of processes.
- Prepare office material requests, analyze budgets and track orders
- Prepare payment requests and supporting documents.
- Provide logistical support to the team, e.g. printing materials for mobilization, recruitment, training (manuals) and graduations (certificates), coordination of transportation, etc.
- Support all administrative tasks of the program, including writing and forwarding internal and external letters.
- Provide support on logistics for team travel.
- Support in organizing meetings, including logistics for training.
