Estagiários(as) – Produção Agrícola e Animal.

The Agricultural Trainees will be based in the districts of Beira, Dondo, Buzi, Nhamatanda, Gorongosa, Gondola, Macate, Chimoio, Sussundenga, Vanduzi, Manica, and Barue, and will assist in various agricultural and animal production activities.

Requirements

• Recents graduates or those in the process of completing technical professional or higher education courses in areas such as Agricultural Engineering, Rural Engineering, Agronomy, Agropecuária, Forests, Zootecnia, or related fields.
• Fluent in Portuguese and local languages.
• Availability for domestic travel within target regions up to 10% of time.
• Ability to resolve problems and generate innovative solutions (entrepreneurial attitude).
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to promote TechnoServe's values, vision, and strategy in the implementation of assigned tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to advancing gender equality.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; exceptional ability to familiarize oneself with local community practices and sympathize with and understand the needs of local women entrepreneurs and young people.
• Residency in indicated districts is an advantage.
