Requirements
- Planning, controlling, and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Management and allocation of marketing budgets across all channels
- Continuous analysis and optimization of KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
- Concept and implementation of A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and target groups
- Setting up and maintaining tracking setups (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking)
- Creating reports and deriving data-based action recommendations
- Collaboration with the content and design team for performance-optimized creatives
- Exploration and testing of new advertising channels and formats
