Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing project management or marketing operations
- Experience in managing complex marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Mastery of project management platforms (Teamwork an asset; Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational rigor and attention to detail
- Grounded mindset: you build structure, you don't just explain it
- Ease in working cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Events and Sales teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent fluency in French and English, oral and written
