Job Description
Techo-Bloc is a North American manufacturer and distributor with 9 production facilities and over 13 distribution centers. We value people who take ownership of their work, solve problems, and contribute concretely to operational efficiency. We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Receivable Accountant Assistant to join our Finance team.
Requirements
- Prepare and issue customer invoices according to contracts, orders, or service records
- Verify invoice details, including prices, quantities, taxes, and customer information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all invoicing transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries about invoicing issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and accounting departments to resolve invoicing-related issues
- Track outstanding invoices and participate in follow-up on past-due accounts
- Handle credit notes, adjustments, and corrections when required
- Support end-of-month activities related to accounts receivable
