Techo-Bloc is looking for a General Laborer to support daily production and ensure high-quality standards in their Waterloo, IN plant.

Requirements

• Read basic instructions and communicate clearly
• Be reliable and on time for scheduled shifts
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Strong attention to detail and good common sense
• Able to multitask and problem-solve on the floor
• Comfortable operating basic machinery/support equipment (training provided)
