Job Description
Techo-Bloc is seeking a Senior Digital Platforms and E-commerce Manager to oversee the end-to-end online experience across Techo-Bloc.com, online ordering portal for distributors, and buying and ordering journey for customers. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic, autonomous, and idea-driven person who can deliver, mobilize a team, and move things forward concretely.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital experience, e-commerce, web, or related roles, including management experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing a complete (end-to-end) website and/or e-commerce platform
- Demonstrated experience in managing a web team (design + development)
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce roadmap management and feature deployments (planning, execution, production rigor)
- Good understanding of the connection between systems and tools (CMS, e-commerce platform, CRM, analytics, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in managing external partners
- High autonomy: ability to analyze, decide, and progress initiatives
