Job Description
Techo-Bloc is seeking an Industrial Mechanic to repair and maintain heavy industrial equipment, including motors, gear boxes, and conveyor belts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in heavy industrial maintenance and proficiency in power tools, measuring devices, and welding.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working in Heavy Industrial Maintenance
- Proficient with use of power tools, measuring devices, lathe and/or milling machinery
- Advanced stick welding and fabrication skills repairing heavy industrial equipment
- Basic understanding of motor controls, PLCs (programmable logic controllers), and VFDs (variable frequency drives)
- Experience working with CMMS software
- Basic industrial electrical experience
- Experienced with rigging, hoisting, and equipment installation
- Experienced with precision alignment and fine adjustments
