Requirements

• Operating equipment efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and openness to optimize teamwork
• Having aptitudes and knowledge in industrial mechanics
• Ability to learn to adjust, troubleshoot, repair, and operate the company's machines
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator
• Mechanical aptitudes
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Being in good physical shape
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive
• Ability to solve problems
