Job Description
Techo-Bloc is looking for a hard-working, eager to learn individual to join their team as a Production Machine Operator. The role involves operating equipment efficiently, meeting productivity and product quality performance objectives, and demonstrating a positive attitude and open-mindedness. The ideal candidate will have industrial mechanic competencies, mechanical skills, and be able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair, and operate machinery in the facility.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator
- Mechanical skills
- Understand the operation of production equipment
- Work in a structured way (organization and planning)
- Be in good physical shape
- Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive
- Ability to solve problems
