Job Description
We are currently looking for a Specialist in Computing and Telephone Device Repair. Provide technical support to Apple and PC users. Assemble and disassemble computers. Solve hardware and software problems in customer devices. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Requirements
- Knowledge in computer assembly and disassembly.
- Previous experience in technical support and customer service.
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software.
- Passion for technology and customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree, Truncated Engineering (Systems, Computer Science, or related).
