Job Description
We are looking for a Technician in Telephony and Computer Repair to provide technical support to Apple and PC users, assemble and disassemble computers, and resolve hardware and software issues on customer devices.
Requirements
- Knowledge in assembling and disassembling computers.
- Previous experience in technical support and customer service.
- Solid knowledge in hardware and software*.
- Passion for technology and customer service.
- High School Diploma, Truncated License - Engineering (Systems, Informatics, or related)
