Job Description
TechPeople is seeking a Technical Leader to provide technical support to telephone and computer equipment, assemble and disassemble computers, diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, and offer customer service and support.
Requirements
- High school diploma with technical career in Technical Service or related degree
- Minimum 6 months of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of hardware and software
- Availability of schedule
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
