Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare)

The Business Systems Analyst will support and enhance Treasury Management solutions for healthcare clients by aligning complex revenue cycle, cash management, and payment processing needs with scalable banking and technology platforms.

Requirements

• Serve as a primary liaison between healthcare clients, product teams, operations, and technology partners.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for treasury management solutions.
• Translate healthcare revenue cycle workflows into functional and technical specifications.
• Support implementation and optimization of treasury solutions for hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.
• Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations, healthcare privacy standards, and internal risk controls.
