Job Description
The Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to spearhead the testing and reliability of our Treasury Management solutions tailored for healthcare clients. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless, bug-free operation of Java-based applications that bridge the gap between complex hospital revenue cycles and core banking platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a Lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience testing Java-based enterprise applications.
- Proven experience with automation tools (Selenium, REST Assured, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Deep understanding of Treasury Management (ACH, Wires, Cash Management) and/or Healthcare Revenue Cycle operations.
- Hands-on experience testing APIs (Swagger/Postman) and data interfaces between disparate systems.
- Mastery of test case development, UAT coordination, and tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or ALM/Octane.
- Working knowledge of healthcare privacy (HIPAA) and banking regulatory requirements.
