Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and driven Transportation Sales Specialist to join our Milwaukee team. As a sales position, you will possess a passion for the Automotive Channel and Automotive Aftermarket End User. You will be responsible for increasing POS sales of Milwaukee Power Tools, Hand Tools, and Accessories, working closely with our strategic distribution partner's outside sales teams.
Requirements
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partner's sales teams
- Utilize Mobile Milwaukee Showroom van to facilitate awareness, trial, sale and/or conversion with targeted end users
- Independently organize and execute monthly 'in-shop' end user product knowledge sessions
- Maintain product knowledge excellence through continued focus on existing and new product training
- Collaborate and communicate with local Milwaukee Territory Reps
- Manage assigned travel and expense budget
- Constant communication internally and externally
- Execute quarterly and monthly plans at the store / member level and with key stakeholders
- Engage positively with our Jobsite Solutions team to identify and convert large user opportunities
