Requirements
- Completed commercial education or first experiences in customer service
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Experience in dealing with SAP/R3 or other ERP systems
- Good self-organization and appreciation of structured, process-oriented work even under time pressure
- Fluent in German in speech and writing as well as good English knowledge
