Job Description
Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Digital Marketing CRM Executive EMEA to drive customer engagement through BAU and lifecycle campaign activity, focusing on technical aspects such as triggers, automation, and personalization.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
- Strong understanding of data management, GDPR, segmentation and campaign targeting best practices
- Basic HTML experience is desirable
- Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improvement
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of additional European languages is desirable but not essential
