Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Italy, with a primary focus on Job Site Solution (JSS) and Field Marketing roles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiter moving in-house
- Experience recruiting sales, field-based, or marketing roles is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident in direct sourcing and market mapping
- Experience working with an ATS (Workday preferred)
- Knowledge of the Italian labour market and recruitment practices
- Fluent in Italian and English
