Job Description
The Territory Job Site Solutions Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, market share growth, and strategic development of the assigned division in Romania. The role includes leading a team of Line Managers, setting sales targets, and managing the regional budget to secure sustainable growth aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading sales teams in B2B environments
- Proven track record in developing teams and delivering business results
- Experience in managing regional budgets
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strong IT skills (CRM systems, MS Office, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
