• 12+ years in data architecture, consulting, and pre-sales leadership
• Strong hands-on expertise in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, BigQuery) and modern data ecosystem tools
• Proven ability to design and pitch data solutions that address enterprise challenges in governance, quality, integration, and analytics
• Track record of winning deals through RFP responses, client workshops, and executive presentations
• Excellent leadership, client engagement, and communication skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business storytelling
