Supervisor, Mine Maintenance

Role Overview

The Mine Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for coordinating trades, schedules, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold company standards within the maintenance department. This role operates on a 4x4 schedule, alternating between day and night shifts. The supervisor will provide coverage across various areas of Mine Maintenance, including the Shop, Field, Gas, and Electrical Shop, ensuring all areas are adequately staffed and supervised.

What You Will Do

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures. Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure work is complete on time and on budget through usage of Short Interval Controls. Support the development of the 7-day schedule and the long-range plan.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyperson's ticket, related technical diploma, or engineering degree
• Minimum one year supervisory or team leading experience
• Experience in execution, planning, and scheduling of maintenance work in an industrial setting
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, resolve issues, and drive accountability
• Excellent digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word
