Job Description
The Supervisor, Mine Maintenance role is responsible for coordinating trades, schedules, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold company standards within the maintenance department. The role operates on a 4x4 schedule, alternating between day and night shifts. The supervisor will provide coverage across various areas of Mine Maintenance, including the Shop, Field, Gas, and Electrical Shop, ensuring all areas are adequately staffed and supervised.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyperson's ticket, related technical diploma, or engineering degree
- Minimum one year supervisory or team leading experience
- Experience in execution, planning, and scheduling of maintenance work in an industrial setting
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, resolve issues, and drive accountability
- Excellent digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
