The postgraduate admissions advisor is responsible for advising and guiding EGADE candidates to choose the best option from the portfolio of master's degree programs. They will counsel prospective students throughout the admission process, plan and execute attraction and conversion events, and maintain a detailed record of all communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or related fields
- At least 1 year of previous experience in the higher education industry
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve commercial objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events and activities for promotion
- Highly organized
- Advanced command of the English language is essential
