Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields
• 5+ years of solid experience in teaching and/or academic management
• Leadership experience and management of people, promoting talent development and projects
• Recognition of professional experience within the design and innovation fields
• Experience in developing projects of linking with companies, organizations, or external actors
• B2 or higher level in English, with oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
