Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative, Commercial, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering
- Master's degree in administrative areas, projects, marketing
- 4+ years of experience as a leader of sales teams
- Commercial strategies, analysis, and interpretation of sales reports and commercial processes
- Closure of negotiations with key accounts
- Administrative support processes for commercialization (billing, debt management, enrollment in service experiences, and customer service)
- Experience in recording and evolution of sales in CRM
- Monitoring operational indicators
- Leadership, collaborative work, effective communication, organization, and process resolution
