We're looking for a Student Experience and Attraction Leader to inspire and accompany students on an integral and personalized educational experience, awakening their passion for Tecmilenio's programs and guiding them with confidence in decision-making towards their professional future.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Postgraduate degree in educational management, leadership, innovation, or educational marketing (desirable)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admission processes, design, and implementation of academic experiences, and/or linkage projects
• Result-oriented orientation and KPI management
• Effective communication and impact presentations (value sales)
• Innovation and academic experience design
