Requirements

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Innovation, Process Management, or related disciplines
• Solid orientation to continuous improvement, optimization, and solution design
• Experience working for at least 5 years in the design, development, and management of training programs directed at professionals
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy)
• Experience collaborating with content experts, facilitators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies
