Requirements

• Licenciatura in Administration, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Human Development, Education, or related fields
• Over 3 years of experience in linking with companies, networking, institutional relations, employability, or professional development
• Leadership experience of teams, projects, or services in educational, employability, linking, talent development, or institutional relations environments
