Requirements
- Initial training in the Law Degree, Master's degree in Law with a Doctorate in relevant field (Electronic Contracts, Digital Identity Regulation, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, etc.), or a Master's degree in Law with a Doctorate in a relevant field.
- Advanced English proficiency (600+ points in TOEFL).
- Professional experience in teaching and pedagogy of civil law.
- Academic publications and a career path of five years in law (both professional and academic).
- Experience with companies, government organizations, civil society organizations, or international organizations, and verified practical experience in public or private institutions.
- Experience in Electronic Contracts and Electronic Trade, Digital Identity Regulation and Digital Evidence, Data Protection and Privacy, Cybersecurity and Legal Cryptography, Intellectual Property in digital environments, Regulation of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Big Data and Cloud Computing, legal regime of the virtual reality and metaverse, legaltech and legal process automation, and Digital Rights and international regulation compared.
