Requirements

• Doctorate in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related fields.
• Proven track record of publications in high-impact magazines in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience securing external funding focused on AI-driven applications in Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching industrial engineering subjects.
• Experience developing study plans or laboratories where the AI is applied to problems within the context of industrial engineering.
• Professional fluency in English (minimum B2/TOEFL 550).
• Commitment to achieving an intermediate level of Spanish (B1) within two years.
• Leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams, ideally involving AI projects.
