Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a computer science technician (m/w/d)
- Professional experience in first and second-level support
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware and Microsoft software
- Teamwork, communication skills, conscientiousness, structured and independent work, as well as a strong focus on customer service and consulting
