Director of Women's Apparel

Tecovas is looking for a Director of Women's Apparel to lead the vision, development, and execution of their women's product line from concept to consumer.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in women's apparel design, merchandising, or product leadership
• Proven experience owning product from concept through production and launch
• Experience working with both internal teams and external partners such as licensees, factories, or agents
• Strong understanding of fit, fabrication, and garment construction
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial performance
