The Project Manager, Software Implementation will work closely with the customer project manager to provide overall project management for customer implementations.
Requirements
- Manage multiple software implementation projects concurrently, from start to finish
- Define and document project scope, schedule, milestones and deliverables that support our customers’ business objectives
- Ensure project alignment with internal proprietary implementation methodology and best practices
- Direct and coordinate the activities of a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and experts
- Track project against the plan, anticipate risks which may require contingency plans, recommend corrective action, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed
- Report weekly on project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationships with internal partners, as well as external vendors/consultants
- Provide guidance, coaching and advice to less experienced staff members
