QA Analyst (Accounting)

We're a digital-first company looking for a QA Analyst with accounting expertise to join our Product and Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, analytical and testing skills, and experience working with ERP or financial applications.

Requirements

• Actively participate in scrum team project planning, design discussions, and agile meetings
• Contribute to solution development by understanding given requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and establishing testing strategies
• Act as an SME in Accounting within the development team, liaising with Product Management to clarify requirements
• Influence solution conception through problem analysis, and active participation in design sessions
• Identify business flow variations, capturing these in written test cases as well as automated test scripts
• Perform manual and automated functional, integration, and regression tests
• Aid with issue investigation by replicating given problems and identifying source conditions
• Develop, configure and maintain automated regression tests in a continuous integration setting
• Provide feedback to the development team of any changes that would adversely affect deadlines or impact other related products
• Provide feedback and recommendations on ways to enhance the coherence, productivity, and efficiency of the team
